Dasatinib Associated Pleural Complications- A Case Series.

Late-onset pleural effusion, including chylothorax, can occur with dasatinib treatment in chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML). Dose reduction or switching tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) effectively manages these complications while maintaining cancer control.
