The Participant-Reported Implementation Update and Score PRIUS: A Novel Method for Capturing Implementation-Related Data Over Time

Talks were organized into modules: ambulatory care quality, inpatient care quality, and research/education.

Pre- and post-event evaluations assessed attendee satisfaction, learning, and actionable takeaways, supplemented by qualitative analysis.

Main Results:

The symposium attracted 218 registrants, with approximately 160 attendees (73%) participating in person and online.
Among post-survey respondents (39%), 88% reported gaining at least one actionable insight applicable to their work.
Qualitative themes included the value of interprofessional storytelling, visible leadership, and integrating behavioral science and technology.

Conclusions:

The symposium successfully fostered a learning health system environment.
Narrative-driven education, behavioral insights, and cross-disciplinary engagement are effective strategies for academic health systems.
Findings support the integration of these elements to enhance system learning and collaboration.
