Summary

Hamstring graft techniques for combined anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and anterolateral ligament (ALL) reconstruction showed no significant differences in post-operative laxity or clinical outcomes. Both 1-strand and 2-strand methods effectively restore knee stability and function.
