Porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) infection upregulates swine leukocyte antigen class I (SLA-I) via the RIG-I/IFN-β/STAT1 pathway. This immune response, mediated by NLRC5, inhibits TGEV proliferation, offering insights into host defense against enteric coronaviruses.
