Revisiting Contact Sensitization Among Patients With LPP/FFA: Cross-Sectional Findings From 55 Cases.

Patients with lichen planopilaris (LPP) and frontal fibrosing alopecia (FFA) show no increased risk of delayed allergic reactions to common topical products compared to the general population. Patch testing revealed similar reactivity rates in LPP/FFA patients and controls.
