Summary

Patients with complete pathological response (CPR) after chemoimmunotherapy (ChIO) for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) show a pre-existing, mature B cell response. B cell receptor (BCR) metrics are promising biomarkers for predicting CPR.
