Abstract:
This study examines the clinical and methodological implications of artificial intelligence-based aesthetic assessment in genioplasty. Key issues include the limitations of two-dimensional imaging for three-dimensional skeletal procedures, interpretation of sub-threshold quantitative changes, age-stratified analyses, and the need to align AI-derived metrics with clinically meaningful and patient-centered outcomes.
