Increased urinary IgM excretion in patients with obstructive sleep apnea

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is linked to kidney injury in non-diabetic individuals, indicated by urinary IgM and albumin. These markers may serve as early indicators of glomerular damage in OSA patients.
