Waveform matters: enhanced cortical plasticity with monophasic intermittent theta-burst stimulation

Monophasic intermittent theta-burst stimulation (iTBS) significantly enhances corticospinal excitability compared to biphasic iTBS. This finding supports using monophasic iTBS for optimizing brain stimulation therapies.
