Navigating treatment dilemmas in severe paediatric IDA: A case report

Severe pediatric iron deficiency anemia (IDA) can be challenging. Intravenous (IV) iron is a viable alternative to blood transfusion in stable adolescents with IDA, though guidelines are needed.
