Summary
Tailored axillary surgery (TAS) and axillary reverse mapping (ARM)-guided axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) may reduce lymphedema risk. While residual disease is common, it doesn't always lead to recurrence, especially with targeted node preservation and radiotherapy.
