Post-stroke dizziness in anterior vs. posterior circulation ischemic stroke

Dizziness is common in anterior circulation stroke (ACS), occurring in nearly half of patients. Cerebral microbleeds, not anxiety or depression, are linked to dizziness in ACS, suggesting vascular causes.
