Summary

A rare case of infectious spondylitis caused by Staphylococcus lugdunensis after lumbar percutaneous epidural neuroplasty (L-PEN) was successfully treated conservatively. This highlights the importance of early diagnosis and appropriate antibiotic therapy for spinal infections.
