Intentional Naproxen Overdose Causing Metabolic Acidosis: A Case Report

Naproxen overdose can cause severe metabolic acidosis, a rare complication for nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This case highlights the importance of considering NSAIDs in mixed-drug overdoses presenting with acid-base disturbances.
