Comparing CT-guided and fluoroscopic-guided interventions for chronic low back pain management: a randomized trial

Fluoroscopy-guided interventions offer superior short-term pain relief for radicular low back pain compared to CT-guided procedures. Both methods are equally safe and effective, with similar complication rates and radiation exposure.
