Underwater Endoscopic Resection for the Rare Periampullary Tumor

Underwater endoscopic mucosal resection (UEMR) offers a safe and effective treatment for rare composite gangliocytoma/neuroma and neuroendocrine tumors (CoGNETs). This minimally invasive technique successfully removed a periampullary CoGNET, showing no recurrence after three months.
