A new biodegradable paper tape uses waxy cassava starch (WCS), poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) for strong, eco-friendly packaging. This sustainable alternative offers superior adhesion and performance compared to conventional plastic tapes.
