Systemic therapies, including tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) and immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), are improving survival for resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). These treatments are redefining personalized perioperative management strategies for NSCLC patients.
