This Views and Reviews brings together experts to evaluate and summarize the evidence on optimization of fertility using lifestyle interventions, surgical restoration of anatomy, menstrual cycle tracking, and comparative data between these methods and in vitro fertilization. In summarizing the evidence, it becomes apparent that knowledge gaps exist and that all stakeholders must work collaboratively to prioritize women's health and personalization of care to optimize health and time to pregnancy for all women. The need for additional research in women's health and fertility is evident.
