Summary

Linear psoriasis (LP) is a rare condition appearing in lines, possibly linked to the Koebner phenomenon. Its exact cause remains unclear, but genetic mosaicism is a leading theory.

Background:

Linear psoriasis (LP) is an uncommon variant of psoriasis.
It presents as psoriatic papules and plaques along Blaschko lines.
LP is classified into isolated and superimposed types.

Purpose of the Study:

To review the epidemiology, clinicopathology, and diagnosis of LP.
To discuss current therapies for LP.
To explore the pathogenesis and relationship between LP and the Koebner phenomenon (KP).
