[Research on the construction of the public health security risk assessment index system in China]
Abstract:
This study employed the literature research method to preliminarily establish an evaluation framework, followed by a two-round Delphi expert consultation involving 21 experts to construct a public health security risk assessment index system for China. The results showed that the participation rates of experts in the two rounds were 95.45% and 100%, respectively, with an authority coefficient (Cr) of 0.88. The Kendall's W coefficients for the two rounds were 0.307 and 0.321 (P<0.05). Ultimately, a public health security risk assessment index system for China was established, comprising 3 first-level indicators, 18 second-level indicators, and 43 third-level indicators. The index system developed in this study can serve as a tool to identify regional public health security risks and assess their severity. It demonstrates strong feasibility, broad applicability, and can be dynamically adjusted according to practical circumstances.
