The Reverse Biceps Femoris Muscle Flap: An Alternative Option for Soft-tissue Coverage Around the Popliteal Fossa

This case report highlights a novel approach for popliteal fossa soft-tissue reconstruction using a distally based biceps femoris muscle flap. This technique offers a viable solution when conventional flaps fail in complex knee injuries.
