Abstract:
Herein, we report a thermo-responsive self-shrinking electrospun dressing. Upon skin contact, it achieves 70% active contraction, leading to 60% wound closure in mice within 24 hours and nearly complete healing of MRSA-infected wounds in 2 weeks. This suture-free dressing simplifies care and avoids suture-related complications.
