Summary

Fluorescence confocal microscopy (FCM) is feasible for intraoperative assessment of positive surgical margins (PSMs) during robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP), showing good accuracy and rapid results. Applying length thresholds improves diagnostic performance for clinically significant PSMs.
