Background:

Endoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive alternative to microsurgery for intraventricular lesions like colloid cysts.
While increasingly used, long-term outcomes data for endoscopic techniques are limited.
Microsurgical resection remains a common procedure for colloid cysts.

Purpose of the Study:

To assess clinical outcomes of endoscopic colloid cyst resection at a single institution.
To compare endoscopic resection outcomes with published data on open and other endoscopic series.
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the endoscopic approach for colloid cyst removal.

Retrospective analysis of consecutive patients undergoing endoscopic colloid cyst resection (2014-2025).
Evaluation of demographics, preoperative hydrocephalus, complications, recurrence, and reoperation rates.
