Cancer risk in adults with pathogenic germline variants in RAS/MAPK genes using genomic ascertainment

Adults with RASopathies, a group of genetic disorders, show varied cancer risks. Some RASopathies do not elevate cancer risk, but SPRED1 heterozygotes may face increased adult cancer risk.
