Non-coding RNA biomarkers in resistant hypertension: a scoping review.

Evidence on circulating non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) as biomarkers for resistant hypertension (RH) is limited. While some microRNAs (miRNAs) and circular RNAs (circRNAs) show potential associations, more robust studies are needed for clinical use.
