RetCam screening for detection of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) allows for better documentation of digital images, understanding of disease progression, and earlier intervention. We describe the successful implementation of a RetCam ROP screening program in a large tertiary academic center for 887 exams over a 21-month period.
