Ultraviolet-induced fluorescence dermatoscopy (UVFD) improves visualization of porokeratosis features, especially the peripheral keratin rim, compared to polarized light dermatoscopy (PLD). UVFD aids in identifying scaling and follicular plugs, though PLD remains better for vascular structures.
