None:
One undescribed iridoid glucoside, (1S,5R,6R,8S,9S,7''S)-6'-O-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-3-methoxypropionyl phlorigidoside B (1); one new diterpenoid glycoside, (3S,5R,7R,10S,15S)-7α-methoxy-12-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3,11,16-trihydroxyabieta-8,11,13-triene (2); and one new flavonoid glycoside pectolinarigenin 7-O-(β-D-apiofuranosyl)-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), along with 21 known compounds (4-24), were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Pseudocaryopteris foetida (D. Don) P.D. Cantino. Their structures were elucidated using one- and two-dimensional NMR and high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectroscopy. Compounds 1, 2, 7-12, 16, 17, 20, 23, and 24 exhibited moderate anti-inflammatory activity via the inhibition of NO production in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells.
