This study introduces Anatomy-Hierarchy Supervised Learning (AHSL), a new weakly supervised method for pulmonary segment segmentation. AHSL accurately segments lung segments using anatomical priors, improving cancer localization and surgical planning without laborious voxel-wise annotations.
