This study identifies five novel biomarkers in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) that can predict immune-related adverse events (irAEs) in cancer patients undergoing immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. These findings offer potential for improved patient management and targeted treatments.
