Summary

The kinematic technique (FA(k)) in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) resulted in greater tibial varus and higher Forgotten Joint Scores (FJS), indicating less patient awareness of the implant. The inverse kinematic technique (FA(ik)) also showed significant improvements in patient outcomes.
