This article describes a systemic approach implemented with advanced practice nurses at the Bordeaux University Hospital to strengthen their professional identity and group dynamics. Using floating objects (problem basket, genogram, coat of arms, sculptures, systemic storytelling), they were able to share their experiences, clarify their role within the institution, and build long-lasting cohesion.
