Optical synaptic devices are of considerable importance in visual information processing as well as the neuromorphic computing, due to the great photoresponse characteristics and nonlinear memory capabilities. The physical implementation of device is deeply associated with electrodes. However, traditional electrodes face fundamental challenges in low stability and precision. Here, we report a superior adhesion patterned polypyrrole (PPy) electrodes including high resolution, excellent environmental stability. Based on the PPy electrodes, we developed physical reservoir computing system for blue extraction from complex color images and motion identification with high accuracy. These results provide a high resolution and integration electrodes for the organic transistor array, showing the outstanding potential for advanced visual cognition tasks based on neuromorphic electronics.
