Leprosy neuropathy and demyelinating impairment: How should we interpret this neurophysiological pattern?

Demyelinating nerve impairment is common in leprosy neuropathy (LN), often presenting with conduction blocks and temporal dispersion, especially during leprosy reactions (LR). This pattern can mimic chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP).
