Specific endothelial cells (ECs), INTS6+ ECs, are linked to hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) recurrence. Targeting these ECs within the tumor microenvironment (TME) may offer new therapeutic strategies for HCC.

- Targeting endothelial-tumor cell interactions within the TME presents a promising therapeutic strategy.
