This study presents a novel, minimally invasive "tri-pouch" technique for maxillary ridge augmentation, utilizing the periosteal membrane as a natural guided tissue regeneration barrier. Three compartments - between gingiva and periosteum, sub-periosteal, and intraosseous - are created, with graft material placed in biologically favorable spaces to enhance vascularization, eliminate synthetic membranes, and preserve blood supply. Preliminary results indicate improved graft stability, reduced morbidity, and enhanced soft tissue integration.
