Summary

Concurrent primary rhinoplasty (PR) did not significantly improve nasal aesthetics compared to non-primary rhinoplasty (NPR) in bilateral cleft lip repair. However, presurgical nasoalveolar molding (NAM) and lower cleft severity positively impacted outcomes.
