Summary

Standardized cultivation of Pseudogymnoascus destructans (Pd), the fungus causing white-nose syndrome in bats, was achieved using potato dextrose agar and yeast peptone dextrose agar. This improves fungal diagnostics and risk assessment for bat conservation.
