Device-assisted removal of intracardiac thrombi and vegetations remains a high-risk procedure given the potential for embolization. We report 4 cases in which the ONO transcatheter retrieval system was used for targeted extraction of intracardiac masses in patients of varying age, size, and clinical background. These cases demonstrate the ONO's versatility with a range of adjunctive devices, making it a strong option for patients requiring urgent, minimally invasive intervention or those not amenable to surgical or medical management.
