Threshold-Dependent Discordance Between STRATIFY JCV™ and IMMUNOWELL™ Assays in Relapsing Multiple Sclerosis

Anti-JC virus (JCV) antibody testing for progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) risk stratification shows good agreement between STRATIFY JCV™ and IMMUNOWELL™ assays. Concordance improves significantly when using clinical risk categories, supporting interchangeability for natalizumab-treated patients.
