Extent of Sinus Surgery Is Associated With Disease Control in Biologic Treated Type 2 Dominant CRS

Extended sinus surgery combined with optimized biologic therapy significantly improves disease control in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP). This approach is more effective than biologic therapy alone for managing refractory Type 2 CRSwNP.
