Pecto-intercostal fascial plane radiofrequency ablation (PIFP-RFA) offers a safe and effective treatment for chronic post-sternotomy pain. This minimally invasive procedure successfully resolved refractory chest pain in a patient post-coronary artery bypass grafting.
