Molecularly anchoring TPE-PDMS micro-dots for rupture-free and high-fidelity deformation mapping

Abstract:
We report a molecular grafting strategy using TPE-PDMS to achieve seamless integration and synchronized deformation of sensing dots with substrates, enabling high-fidelity strain mapping and reliable fracture warning over 1000 cycles.
