Hydrogels have the structure and composition of extracellular matrix, but single component hydrogels are often difficult to meet the needs of multi-function. Therefore, in view of the common requirements of anti-infection and promoting bone regeneration in bone tissue, this paper, based on GelMA modified by gelatin, added sodium alginate to blend, and constructed a double network hydrogel of photocrosslinking/ion crosslinking. At the same time, nano hydroxyapatite modified by polydopamine is added to enhance the mechanical properties of the hydrogel on the one hand, and improve the function of the hydrogel material on the other hand. Regarding the preparation of PHA@SA/GEL hydrogel, the physical and chemical properties of system were tested and the possibility of using it as a scaffold for bone tissue engineering was discussed. Therefore, the nanocomposite double network hydrogel prepared in this study has the potential to be used as a scaffold material for bone tissue regeneration.
