Summary

Bencyclane (Fludilat) at 200 mg significantly decreased cardiac output and heart rate in peripheral arterial occlusive disease patients. Higher doses also increased aortic and pulmonary pressures, indicating potential negative inotropic effects requiring consideration during therapeutic use.
