This article presents a clinical technique for a completely digital workflow involving complete dentures and implant-supported complete arch prostheses using a dual-function scan body. The protocol was completed in 3 appointments: the first session included functional impression, maxillomandibular record, and digital scans (intraoral and reverse extraoral); the second session involved esthetic and functional evaluations with metal framework fit verification; and the occlusal adjustments, hygiene instructions, and delivery were performed in the third session. This approach demonstrates the feasibility of a digital workflow for both prosthesis types, with the dual-function scan body optimizing the transferring of implant position, reducing clinical sessions, and maintaining prosthetic accuracy.
