Abstract:
A digitally guided dual-layer technique for esthetic crown lengthening developed with computer-aided design (CAD) and 3-dimensional printing is presented. The system integrates a resin gingivectomy guide and a snap-fit cobalt chromium osteoplasty guide with bur sliding tracks. The digital workflow defines the planned gingival margin and bone reduction level, and the snap-fit connection stabilizes the 2 guides for sequential management of soft and hard tissues.
