None:
The first phytochemical investigation on the aerial parts of Hypericum maclarenii resulting in the characterization of seven new polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinols (PPAP), hypermacones A - G (1-7), together with nine known analogues. Their structures and absolute configurations were determined by using comprehensive spectroscopic techniques and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. The cytotoxic activities of compounds 1-16 were evaluated against five human cancer cell lines, compounds 2 and 7 exhibited moderate inhibitory activities.
